Great weights for leg day or everyday activities. I enjoy wearing them because they are comfortable. No leakage from the weights the size could be smaller for a more compact and tighter fit, but it isn't bad
The 5 lbs have a single Velcro but the 7.5 has double Velcro. I expected it on the 10 lbs one’s but not the 7.5 lbs. it is not a big issue, it only makes it harder to put it on but it is not a big deal. Probably for the best so that the product doesn’t break but I’m happy with it.These ankle weights are essentially like your first dumbells yhst you nevwr throw out and you buy them little by little as you can handle more weight better. Great add on for vite workouts but can also be used for shoulder workouts.

Very durable, good size, the best remove or add pouches for exercise
I wear these on my morning walks with my pups. They stay in place and are very comfortable on my ankles. I've even worn them in the rain and they're holding up well. I really feel the burn in my thighs and gluten at the end of our 90 minute walk.
This such an easy weight to use. Simple and fast to adjust the weights. Fits anyone's ankle and quickly goes on and off. I'm very pleased.
these weights are sturdy ..but i think for me its too big. i have not used them. i just wrapped them my ankles and i don't think its the right fit for me. my PT told me to use it to strengthen my legs so i think they will do. not using them to run
Very great , straps length great, not leaking very good quality
I was in a wheelchair for months and lost a lot of leg muscle. I bought these to strengthen my legs with a walker. Every other day. I have now transitioned to walker and using a cane. They are working
Excellent product. What I like most is that you can remove 1 lb bags to adjust the weight from 1 lb to 5 lbs and the velcro strap to secure it in place on my ankle. Material is high quality and will last. I am using it as part of my recovery to strengthen my legs.
I got the 10 lbs each for 20 lbs total and I struggled to find higher weights that were both affordable and high quality.I was nervous whether they would work after experiencing a failure with a different brand, but they’re amazing- they work just as promised.Additionally, with all that weight, I was worried they wouldn’t hold up but they do! Excellent Velcro, and it’s pretty long for extra surface area to attach to: these babies aren’t going anywhere.
I love these weights because they are easy to use and they can weigh as much or as little as you want. They are very well made and look really good.
Good exercise and tired
This ankle weight set gives you so many options, whether while building muscle or physical therapy. You'll get more than your money's worth.
Works as should wish the straps were better
The velcro fasteners are great once you're used to them. I found that wearing thick socks stopped the looseness. I'm using 5 lbs on my legs right now. I just begun this weight lifting routine. Its fun with the right equiptment!
Being adjustable is very important. I only need one set of ankle weights. The only issue I have is the Velcro is too strong. I almost had to have my husband take the weight off because I had to yank it off. It was a huge struggle to finally get it loose. I am going to use a piece of Velcro from my sewing stash on the end of the Velcro on the weights so there is a tab that I can grab to pull it off. Part of the problem is my hands aren't as strong as they used to be, but this is ridiculous. My other weights are easy to get on an off.
