The ball is of very good quality, the material feels resistant and thick. It is easy to inflate with the included pump and keeps the air very well. Omggg got the link from my friend who told me I would like this ball since I’m pregnant and she lie !! This ball isn’t hard but soft . I can add as much air as I want and it comes with a manual pump for more of an exercise. Not bad for the amount .

All of the balls from this brand are too small, smaller than described. For example...the 18-22 " ball is not even 17" even though I blew it up to be really hard and bouncy. The 22- 26" is not even a 22" ball.The balls are textured on the outside so they are not as slippery, but the size is very disappointing. VERY DISSAPPOINTING. Too small. Very unhappy. and you don't know how small the ball are until you have opened the package, and blown up the ball.I regularly purchase balls for my exercise class, I definitely know about using these ball. Buy a larger ball than you expect.Harriete
