I popped two of these right before my morning gym session, hoping for a quick energy lift. The gummy texture is overly dense and sticky, and it literally got stuck to my teeth and the roof of my mouth. I had to chug water just to swallow it, which upset my stomach before I even touched a dumbbell. Not the convenient pre-workout I was expecting at all.
I feel confused on the mg of creatine in it and therefore feel deceived. Please note that the Amazon pictures and the image that is printed on the front of the item say "9000 mg". The amazon description and the nutrition info on the container that arrived say that the serving size (4 gummies) gives you 5000 mg of creatine monohydrate. Hmm. Which is it? The flavor is good but I have to give it one star for not being honest about the dosing and therefore making me feel like this could be a scam. Did I just buy really expensive fruit snacks since there is obviously very little oversight in production?

Honestly these are a game changer. I got off anti depressants almost a year ago and added these gummies in about 2-3 months ago and when I stopped taking them briefly I most definitely felt a difference I didn’t like.. back to taking them after breakfast and back to productive and sharper mind which makes me happier for sure!
Easy to chew and taste good. If you are looking for them to get you bigger, they are not the ones. At lease not for me I'm 65 and looking for over all body improvement. I have good definition and you can tell I workout. I take 3 to 4 a day and normally before I workout. I feel they have helped me, I purchased them 3 times. If you are younger and looking for strength and grow they may work for you but of course you have to put in the work. I like my results and will continue to buy them
