Rope is nice. Rubber on handle came off after about a month of normal use. Now the end is starting fray and rope coming apart.

I saw some people using a rope for what they called “rope flow”. Ordered this rope for days when I don’t swim. It’s definitely helping with core mobility and strength. The weight helps push me a little further in stretching and keeps my attention by having different exercises
